Students learn:

• 12 exercises & relaxing massage techniques to relieve their pain
• 4 hand movements
• Students can perform these exercise by themselves. In the case of both hands having carpal tunnel, another person may need to work on them until they get enough relief to work on themselves.
• Once the routine is learned, it can be done in about 12 minutes
• Routine can be done daily for increased relief from carpal tunnel

• Duration: 1 hour
• Up to 20-30 students
• It is best to sit at a table where students can rest their hands and arms while working on themselves
• Each participant receives helpful materials to take home to practice the exercises.
